First Day

Today is most people's official day to report to their respective companies for Industrial Attachment. My office is at the West Coast area, Pandan Road which is only accessible by 1 SBS bus only. I thought that I went missing while taking that bus as the bus kept turning and turning and I might have missed my stop. Thank goodness I didnt. Muahaha... But good to learn that the company do provide shuttle service from Clementi at 730am in the morning. But then... my boss only comes in at 9 and I report at 745am... I most probably be dozing off at my desk again if I am there so early.

The working hours are pretty "flexible" and lunch time are "flexible" too. If I want to catch the shuttle bus in the evening, I can leave at 4.45pm or 5.15pm. As for Friday, I can leave at 4.15pm. Nice working hours I must say.

Today is kinda unlucky. Didnt get to meet my supervisor until I knocked off in the evening. He happened to be on leave that day and nobody in the company knew that the interns are coming today. So basically what i have been doing the whole day is to sit in the office reading, barely dozing off and drowning myself with 2 cups of milo and 1 cup of teh. (free one...) Also meet another NUS intern, Ignattius who got a call from my supervisor and asked him to "entertain" me.

During lunch time, May's supervisor brought us out for lunch at this Japanese restuarant. Minoru, at Hong Leong Garden with some colleagues from the finance department. Haha! Intention is to build rapport with them since we will need their help in the future. Nice people... v funny too. Anyway, the food at that restuarant is really nice but kinda ex. (But not I pay...muahaha..)
